HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1 1/2 lbs. beef cubes
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 1/2 tbsp. paprika
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. water
8 oz. broad egg noodles

In large saucepan, brown beef cubes. Add onion soup mix and paprika blended with tomatoes. Simmer covered, stirring occasionally, for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Stir in flour and salt blended with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer about 5 minutes. Cook noodles in the meantime. Serves 3 to 4.
