KOSHER HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 green pepper, chopped
4 potatoes, peeled
3 tomatoes, chopped or 1 med. can of tomatoes
1 1/2 lbs. of chuck or any red meat, cubed
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. paprika
3 peppercorns
1 tsp. caraway seeds
Flour

Saute onion in oil. Add tomatoes and green peppers to onion. Add seasonings and simmer for about 10 minutes. Dip meat in flour and brown. Add to tomato mixture and simmer over a low flame for 2 hours. Half an hour before meat is finished add potatoes to meat. Add water as needed.
