PINEAPPLE DRESSING FOR APPLE
SALAD
 
1 lg. can (46 oz.) pineapple juice
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Beat eggs. Add sugar, juice and cornstarch. Cook until thick. Add lemon juice. Cool. Pour dressing over diced apples, celery and nuts.
