6 to 8 Steak-Umm sandwich steaks
1 pkg. bread stuffing mix
10 1/2 oz. can mushroom gravy

Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Allow Steak-Umm to thaw for 1 or 2 minutes so it can be rolled. Place 2 to 4 tablespoons of prepared stuffing on one end of Steak-Umm steak. Roll up. Place in 8x8 inch square pan with seam on bottom. Place Steak-Umm rolls side by side in pan. Pour gravy over top. Cover pan with aluminum foil and place in 375 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Serves 4.
