CREAM OF COCONUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 can of cream of coconut
1/2 can of Eagle Brand milk
1 tub of whip cream
Coconut flakes to garnish

Fix cake as directed. Mix cream of coconut and Eagle Brand milk together. While cake is still hot, after baking, poke holes with fork all over surface. (Bake cake in oblong pan.) Pour mixture over cake slowly and cake will absorb this.

NOTE: If cake is hot this will absorb better. Let cake cool completely or place in refrigerator at least 2 to 3 hours. NOTE: For holidays such as Easter you make color flakes with pastel colors to garnish; red and green for Christmas; etc.
