CREAM CORN CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
Sprinkle of salt
3/4 c. milk
1 can cream corn
3 eggs, beaten

Mix together butter, flour, sugar and salt. Cook over low heat until warm. Add milk. Cook until thickened and bubbly. Take off heat. Add corn. Add some of this mixture to beaten eggs. Mix all. Pour into buttered casserole dish (round is best). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
