THREE BEAN SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can no salt added green beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can wax beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 c. chopped green pepper
2/3 c. chopped green onions
2/3 c. unsweetened apple juice
1/3 c. cider vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. dried whole oregano

Combine beans, green pepper and green onions in a large bowl; toss gently.

Combine apple juice and remaining ingredients in a small jar; cover tightly and shake vigorously. Pour over bean mixture; toss gently. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Yield: 12 servings.
