SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans yams
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. condensed milk

TOPPING:

1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. flour

Drain and chop potatoes. Mix sugar, vanilla, eggs, milk and butter. Beat well and fold in sweet potatoes.

Put in an 8 inch square baking dish. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
