SWEET POTATO PIE 
2 (9-inch) pie shells
3 c. canned or fresh cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 can condensed milk
1/2 of a 1/2 stick butter
4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Put eggs and condensed milk together, gradually beat, then add sweet potatoes a little at a time. Bake for 30 minutes.
