SWEDISH PASTRY 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 pkg. cream cheese
Pecans (optional)

Blend like pastry. Divide in half. Roll first half as thin as possible and put on cookie sheet. Spread with strawberry preserves (or preferred jelly). Sprinkle with ground nuts. Roll other half of pastry same size and cover first half. Crimp edges together and prick with fork. Bake at 450 degrees until brown. Cut in desired shape while warm. Do not remove from pan until cool.
