FRUITED JALAPENO CHEESE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Monterey Jack jalapeno cheese, grated
1 sm. onion, grated
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 sm. jar strawberry preserves

Mix all ingredients except strawberry preserves together and pat flat on plate. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Before serving, cover with strawberry preserves. Serve with crackers.
