LIME JELLO 
Looks great when set in a fancy mold!

2 (3 oz. ea.) pkgs. lime jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. marshmallows, miniature or regular (cut up)

Boil 2 cups water and pour over jello and cream cheese in a bowl. Stir until cream cheese is almost dissolved. Add pineapple, marshmallows and 1 1/2 cups cold water. Stir and put in refrigerator to set.
