EASY BEAN BAKE 
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. Italian herbs
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
2 med. tomatoes, chopped

Combine all ingredients, except fresh tomatoes in large bowl. Spray 13x9 inch baking dish with vegetable cooking oil spray. Pour in bean mixture. Top with chopped tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top to serve.
