3 hard cooked eggs, cut up
1 c. cooked peas

Cut up pickles or relish. Cut up cheese pieces. Mix all together with mayonnaise, serve on bed of lettuce.

For greener color, mix green food coloring to pickles or relish before mixing with other ingredients.
