SCALLOPS PARISIENNE 
1 lb. scallops
1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash pepper
Dash thyme
Dash marjoram
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Cook scallops in a little water for 10 minutes. Drain. Put in buttered casserole dish. Mix all ingredients together. Pour over scallops. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
