VENUS DE MILO SOUP 
1 tbsp. butter
2 large onions, diced
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 qt. water
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
3/4 c. orzo or soup pasta
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
5 bouillon cubes (beef)
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown diced onion. Add hamburger and brown. Add tomato paste, stewed tomatoes, bouillon cubes, water and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Add frozen vegetables; bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.

It is excellent when served with a fresh loaf of hard-crusted bread. This soup refrigerates well. Also, it can be frozen.
