SOUR CREAM MUFFINS (24) 
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. mace
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour (with 1 tsp. baking powder mixed in)
1/2-1 c. nuts, chopped

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Add 1 teaspoon baking soda to sour cream and add to butter and egg mixture. Mix in spices and salt. Add baking powder to flour and fold in. Bake in greased muffin pans for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool in pans for 20 minutes.
