SOUR CREAM MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg

Cream sugar and butter together; add eggs and sour cream. Add flour, salt, and nutmeg to mixture and mix well.

Fill muffin tins 1/2 full. Sprinkle with mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 12/ teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. This is a large recipe. makes about 2 dozen muffins.
