POPPY SEED - SOUR CREAM MUFFINS 
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. poppy seeds
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour
4 eggs
3/4 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add poppy seeds, salt, baking powder, and flour. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each. Add sour cream and vanilla. Grease tins or use muffin paper liners. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
