SOUR CREAM MUFFINS | |
1 egg 1 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. butter, melted 2 c. sifted flour 1/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. milk Beat egg and sour cream until light and fluffy. Add melted butter, sift flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Add to egg mixture with milk. Stir only until dry ingredients are dampened. Fill 12 greased muffin tins 1/2 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until muffins are golden brown. |
