SOUR CREAM BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add sour cream and vanilla. Sift together and add flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Fold in blueberries. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
