TROPICAL CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 env. whipped topping mix or Cool Whip

Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar; beat until light and fluffy. Stir in pineapple.

Prepare whipped topping mix according to package direction or use Cool Whip. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Spoon filling over crust. Chill thoroughly.
