TROPICAL CHEESECAKE TOPPING 
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. soft tofu
2 tbsp. sweetener (may use concentrated fruit juice)
4 tsp. cornstarch or arrow root

Blend all ingredients until smooth in a saucepan. Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Spread over the tropical cheesecake. Allow to cool. May top with strawberries. Serves 4.
