TROPICAL POUND CAKE | |
2 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. butter 1 carton (8 oz.) yogurt (peach, apricot, orange or pineapple) 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. sugar 3 eggs Combine all ingredients. Blend on low speed, then beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter in greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan. Bake 50-60 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool 15 minutes in pan. Remove and drizzle with glaze. |
