COBBLER 
1/2 pkg. Duncan Hines 'Delights' yellow cake mix
1 (24 oz.) jar fruit pie filling
1/4 lb. butter (stick)

In an ungreased 8x8 inch square pyrex pan place the fruit pie filling. Spread it and make it level without crushing fruit.

Take 1/2 package of cake mix and sprinkle it over pie filling. Gently break up any lumps in cake mix with fork prongs.

Melt 1/4 pound stick butter in microwave on high temperature for 1 1/2 minutes. Pour melted butter over cake mix trying to top all of cake mix with butter. Do not leave large areas of mix dry. Small areas are acceptable.

Bake at 375 degrees in regular oven for 28-30 minutes. When done, top should be totally glazed and lightly browned. Best served warm (cool 1 hour) with vanilla ice cream. May be reheated on warm in microwave on low for 8 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
