TOAD IN THE HOLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
2 c. bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown pork sausage, drain off fat. Combine in a 2-quart casserole: 2 eggs and 3/4 cup milk; beat well. Add sausage, corn and bread crumbs. Mix well. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 60 minutes or until it is set well.
