2 pkg. party rolls, split
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1/4 c. finely grated onion
3 c. finely ground cooked country ham
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. grated Swiss cheese

Melt butter. Mix together next 5 ingredients with melted butter. Spread over rolls. Sprinkle rolls with cheeses and heat in a 400 degree oven until cheese melts. Makes 10 to 15 servings.
