VEGETABLE TURKEY SUPREME 
1 lb. turkey, cubed or pieces
1 (16 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
1 tbsp. butter

SOUR CREAM TOPPING:

1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. basil
2 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

BREAD CRUMB TOPPING:

1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1 tbsp. butter

Cook vegetables, drain and set aside.

Mix sour cream topping ingredients (sour cream, flour, chicken bouillon, basil, dry mustard and shredded cheese); set aside.

Mix bread crumb topping ingredients (bread crumbs, almonds, onion salt and butter).

Layer turkey in bottom of casserole dish. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Spoon vegetables over top of meat. Top with sour cream mixture, then bread crumb mixture. Bake at 375 degrees, 15 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.

Can be substituted with chicken.
