EASY GUACAMOLE 
2 lg. ripe avocados
1 sm. tomato, finely chopped and drained
1/2 med. onion, minced
3 tbsp. med. or hot salsa
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. diced green chilis

Mash avocados. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate and serve with corn chips.
