ELAINE'S GUACAMOLE 
2 ripe avocados, mashed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Few drops Tabasco
Dash garlic salt (or 1 crushed garlic clove)
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of chili pepper
Sour cream

Mix ingredients well, adding sour cream until mixture is of dipping consistency. If you want to mix ahead of time, pour guacamole into serving dish and cover with a thin coating of mayonnaise to keep from turning dark. Just before serving, stir mayonnaise into guacamole. Keep well chilled.
