GUACAMOLE 
2 lg. avocados
1 sm. onion
1/2 clove garlic
1 sm. tomato
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Bottled salsa to taste
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste
Cilantro to taste (opt.)

Peel and seed 2 large avocados and mash avocados with a fork. Add 1 small chopped onion, 1/2 clove garlic, 1 small chopped tomato, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, bottled salsa to taste, salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (so the avocado won't turn brown). Mix all ingredients and pour into serving bowl. Upon presentation, place chopped cilantro on top of guacamole (optional).
