GUACAMOLE 
3 ripe Avocados
1 tomato, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt

Peel and mash Avocados. Combine with remaining ingredients. Cover bowl with plastic wrap to prevent dip from darkening. Chill.
