2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 c. Crisco or butter
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

TO SPRINKLE:

3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets. Sprinkle with sugar mixture. Bake 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees until light brown.
