CUCUMBER RELISH 
4 qt. pickling cucumbers
6 med. onions
4 green peppers
2 red peppers
5 c. sugar
3 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. mustard seed

Grind cucumbers, onions and peppers, until coarse not fine. Drain well. Sprinkle 1/3 cup salt over top and cover with ice cubes. Let set 3 hours or overnight.

Drain and mix with dry ingredients; bring to a boil. Pour into hot jars and seal. Water bath for 5-10 minutes to make sure they seal.
