CREAM - HONEY WHEAT BREAD 
1/3 c. honey
1 c. very hot water
1 c. milnot
2 pkg. yeast
2 c. whole wheat flour
4 eggs
3 c. white flour

Dissolve honey in water. Add cream. Let this mixture cool to warm, then add yeast. Add whole wheat flour and mix well. Add eggs and mix. Add rest of the flour. Turn out on floured board and knead 8-10 minutes. Place dough in greased bowl and let rise until double.

Shape into loaves and let rise again (don't let rise too much as it rises more in the oven). Bake 20-30 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 2 loaves. Can make into rolls.
