SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. onion soup mix
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. soft bread crumbs

Combine and shape into balls. Brown lightly and cook 20 minutes. Remove from skillet, leaving 1/4 cup of fat. Blend 2 tablespoons of flour into fat. Stir in 2 cups milk and cook until gravy thickens. Put meatballs in 2 quart casserole. Pour gravy over all, cover and bake 20 minute at 350 degrees to heat through. Can be prepared ahead and heated. 10-12 servings.
