STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
20 fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs, approx.
2 tbsp. butter
Pinch of oregano, optional
Pinch minced garlic, optional

Take your fresh hand picked mushrooms and gently wash. Let drain and dry. Cut stems off and set mushrooms aside.

Chop stems up finely and saute in melted butter. Gradually add bread crumbs until the mixture is tacky. Add more butter if needed. At this point add the oregano and minced garlic if wanted.

Take mixture out and place in mushrooms. Place in circular microwave dish and cook on high for 6-10 minutes, depending on individual microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
