STUFFED SHELLS 
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 eggs
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese (1/4 c. save to sprinkle on top)
1 tbsp. parsley
Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
Box of Jumbo shells
Pasta sauce

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Fill parboiled shells immediately with mixture. Place filled shells in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish that already has some pasta sauce covering the bottom. Add more pasta sauce on top of the shells and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!.
