STUFFED SHELLS 
8 oz. lean ground beef
1 pkg. sloppy joe mix
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/4 c. water
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
2 c. non fat sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, part skim
12 oz. uncooked lg. pasta shells
1 can herbed tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Parmesan cheese, sprinkled on top

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9"x13" baking dish. Prepare beef with seasoning mix, tomato paste, and water according to package directions.

Spread 1/2 of this mixture on bottom of dish. Mix spinach and cheeses until mixed. Add spices. Spoon about 2 tablespoons into each shell and arrange in baking dish. Spoon remaining meat sauce over shells. Pour 1 can herbed tomato sauce over top. Cover and bake for 35 to 45 minutes until bubbly or shells are soft.
