CORNBREAD CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. white sugar 4 eggs 1 c. oil 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped pecans Stir dry ingredients together. Then add eggs, oil and vanilla. Stir well and add 1 cup pecans to mixture. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes. |
