CORN CASSEROLE 
1 c. cream corn
1 c. Bisquick
1 egg
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. milk

Mix and spread half the mixture in the casserole. Top with 1 small can green chilis and 6 ounce grated Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
