POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
Cream:

1 1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar

Beat well:

1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla

Add:

2 c. crushed potato chips
3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Smooth into small balls (approximately 1 rounded teaspoon each). Roll in confectioners' sugar. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 75 (2 inch) cookies.
