POTATO CHIP COOKIES | |
1 c. butter 1/2 c. white sugar 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 c. crushed potato chips 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla extract Cream butter. Add sugar gradually. When blended with butter, add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees until slightly brown (about 10 minutes). Watch carefully. Remove cookies from the sheet for cooling and sprinkle with powdered sugar. |
