3 c. cake flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. honey
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. buttermilk

Sift together cake flour, cocoa, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Cream together butter and honey until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk, beating well after each addition. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured pans. Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes. Top with your favorite creamy chocolate frosting.
