JIM'S BIRTHDAY CAKE 
1 angel food cake
1 Cool Whip (13 1/2 oz.)
1 cream cheese (8 oz.)
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling

Beat Cool Whip, cream cheese, both sugars and vanilla to spreading consistency - you might have to add a little milk. Slice angel food cake into 3 layers. Spread the Cool Whip mixture between each layer and then on top. Pour cherries on top and let run down the sides.
