1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine first 8 ingredients and let stand 1/2 hour.

6 slices bacon
1 head endive
1/4 lb. raw spinach

Fry bacon until crisp, then crumble over greens and toss with dressing. Serves 2 generously.
