HOT BACON DRESSING 
4 slices bacon and fat, fried
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. water

Mix sugar, salt and cornstarch; add egg and liquids. Cook to thickness wanted. Add crisp bacon and fat. Use on Spinach Salad.

Spinach Salad:

fresh washed spinach
sliced onion (Spanish)
sliced hard-boiled eggs

Add Bacon Dressing (hot).
