3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. (5 1/2 fl. oz. can) evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) chocolate bits
1 (7 oz.) marshmallow fluff
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, milk and butter. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Important boil exactly 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate bits, then nuts, fluff and vanilla. Pour into buttered pan. Let cool.
