1 loaf sandwich bread (loaf should specifically say sandwich bread NOT Pepperidge Farm) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 stick butter 1 yogurt (peach or strawberry) 2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. brown sugar Add more brown sugar as you like for desired consistency Cut crusts off bread. Roll each slice flat with rolling pin. Mix in bowl: cream cheese, milk, vanilla. Spread on each slice of bread and roll up like jelly roll. Roll in butter first, then roll in sugar and brown sugar mix. Cut in half for bite-size pieces. Freeze overnight (not absolutely necessary). Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Use yogurt as dip. |
