CHEESE ROLL 
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated fine
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Paprika or chili powder

Allow both cheeses to become room temperature. Add pecans, salt and mayonnaise. To make roll shape, roll in wax paper and then in paprika or chili powder. Set until firm. Keep refrigerated.
